LG G7 ThinQ official press render confirms all available colors and notch

LG confirmed in its own forum that its releasing the new G7 ThinQ smartphone on May 2. The G7 ThinQ appears to be a strong alternative to the Galaxy S9.

What are you hoping to see from the LG G7 ThinQ? The V30Sincorporates AI technologies that enhances the most frequently used features including voice recognition and Vision AI to improve camera convenience. It is the successor of G6, which was launched past year. Going by the image, the G7 ThinQ will be available in Raspberry Rose, Moroccan Blue, Moroccan Blue (Matte), Platinum Grey, and Aurora Black colour options, but not all will be available at the launch.

Also, the LG G7 ThinQ has a dual camera set up in the rear panel but it will be in vertical shape rather than the horizontal shape of previous LG models.

Well, we are just over three weeks away from the launch of LG G7 ThinQ, however, you can expect more information about this smartphone to pour over on the Internet - either in the form of leaks, or directly from LG.

The phones depicted in the render do seem to line up with earlier rumours in which the G7 will apparently come with a notch. As per the report, the G7 will come with an additional fourth button apart from volume up/down and power buttons. The availability of the colors will depend on the region and carrier.

The device s expected to feature a f/1.5 aperture camera, the first for LG giving it better low light photography and would feature the usual flagship features, a Snapdragon 845, 6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, with a possible 128GB version also.

The only good potential outcome from this is if the dedicated AI button comes with a remapping feature.

Of course, we'll be covering everything LG announces next month so stay tuned. Rumors have it that the company also announce the LG Q7 mid-range phone alongside the LG G7 ThinQ. It's also revealed that the smartphone will be coming out on May 2 in NY and May 3 in Seoul.
