Two different PUBG Golden Joystick awards have apparently been given to the game last night.

This year's Lifetime Achievement Award went to legendary game maker Sid Meier, whose work includes Hellcat Ace, F-15 Strike Eagle, Silent Service, Decision in the Desert, and some other stuff you probably haven't heard of.

Finally, the Most Wanted Award for the game voters were looking forward to the most in 2018 went, perhaps expectedly, to The Last of Us Part II.

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild picks up an incredible five awards, including the Best Studio category, making it the first game to win both the Critics' Choice Award and public-voted Ultimate Game of the Year award", said Dan Dawkins, our illustrious leader and Global Editor-In-Chief of GamesRadar+.

Cuphead naturally won Best Visual Design but also got the Best Xbox Game to its name.

Alongside the Esports Game of the Year title, the Golden Joysticks also honored a bunch of Overwatch esports players.

The 35th Golden Joystick Awards presented with OMEN by HP takes place at the Bloomsbury Big Top in London today, celebrating the best of PC gaming and beyond.

Another Overwatch League player, LA Valiant DPS Brady "Agilities" Girardi was awarded the Esports Play of the Year. And it addresses something a lot of Nintendo fans will have to contend with this year when choosing their favorite game of 2017.
